BD 125 WP Handheld Grinder Polisher

The BD 125 Wet Polishing kit is ideal for handheld grinding and polishing of gemstone and rock materials such as onyx, agate, petrified wood, jade, opal, obsidian, etc.

The electric polisher is used with attachable diamond cup wheel, 4" diameter resin bond Velcro™ backed pads and 4" felt buff pad. The diamond segmented cup wheel is an aggressive shaping and grinding tool for contour carving and sculpting of the material. Resin diamond discs are used sequentially for polishing.

The handheld grinder easily attaches to a standard hose to enable the unit to dispense a steady flow of water through a control valve to the diamond pads and cup wheel. The 4" flexible rubber Velcro™ backer pad is designed to allow for quick pad changes. Arbor shaft is a standard 5/8"-11 thread.

Kit includes: BD - 125 WP electric polishing motor, GFCI switch, 9 - 4" diameter diamond resin pads with Velcro™ backing (grit sizes: 30, 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000, buff), 1- 4" rubber backer pad, 1- 4" segmented single row diamond cup wheel, 1- 4" 100 grit flat surfacing wheel, 1- 4" felt buff pad, 2 spanner wrenches, instruction manual, and carrying case.

The kit now contains a 4" flat surfacing wheel. This 100 grit wheel is great for getting the saw marks off flat surfaces before you start the polishing process, saving valuable time. This wheel list for $180.00, but is included with the kit free of charge.
